My Lord,
Referring to Tour Lordship's note No.3717 /3096/18
of the 11th instant I have the honour to enclose copy, with
an
English translation, of the declaration by which Mr.
Alfred Esil Petersen was on July 5th 1920 recognized as
being a Banish subject by virtue of the law of November 27th
1916.
As stated in the declaration which was annexed
to my note No.319/7/73 of November gärd A. 1. Petersen was never recognized in Germany as being of derman Nationality
and consequently did not lose it never having had it.
I there ore trust that the enclosəd copy of the
above declaration will satisfy the competent authorities
and that Mr. Petersen's sequestrated money may be returned
to him.
